Today most of the kids are stuck to their computers and TV playing video games and PC games. But it should be known that playing video games all the time will not help in any means. This will only make the child more and more lazy when it comes to doing any physical activities. that's because those children are not playing enough physical games or outdoor games. It is very important that the parents insists on their children to make time to play some outdoor games, which will eventually make the kids, healthier, stronger and active. But avoiding the Video games is not the way, it really helps in child's concentration power. so it is important to strike a balance between the playing of indoor games and physical games . at the end of it all kids health is what is more important than anything.
